Own a rental or vacant property that needs a rehab so you can sell it or rent it out again? This is a great idea. Usually you do not need any of your own money to get this loan. We lend all the money because of the equity you already have in the property.

Buy a property with the intention of renting it out for a profit. This is great if you can find properties in areas with high rents and low prices. Look for 2 to 4 unit buildings for best results.
